2. Processing & Preparation Time

Many of our garments are created for special occasions and may require stitching, finishing, or designer handling.

Processing times therefore vary depending on production schedules, garment complexity, and order volume.

For the most accurate delivery estimate, customers are encouraged to contact us via WhatsApp with the product link and event date prior to placing an order.

As a general guide:

  • Preparation and shipping timelines typically begin from approximately 12 days
  • Ready-to-wear (pret) items may arrive sooner
  • Orders with earlier event dates may be prioritised within our production schedule

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

The final cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Time & Delays

Delivery times depend on courier operations, international air transport availability, destination country procedures, and customs clearance.

External factors such as public holidays, airspace restrictions, geopolitical events, or regional disruptions may also affect transit times. These circumstances are beyond our control.

We remain available to assist and monitor shipments wherever possible.

Orders are processed and dispatched through international fulfilment facilities based on designer allocation, production scheduling, and stock availability.

As many garments are made specifically to order, dispatch may occur from our global production partners. Delivery timelines may therefore include international transit and customs processing prior to arrival in the destination country.
